A chartered fellow of the CIPD, Woosh has held executive roles in complex mission led organisations in health, housing, charities and social care, specialising his career in diversity and inclusion. Woosh is the founder and principle consultant for ‘Into the Orbit’ consulting, a bespoke consultancy specialising in supporting clients with their people, culture and inclusion agendas. He is also the chair of the charity Radical Recruits and is a trustee for the Charities HR Network.
